A Vegan In Trouble: I have been struggling with my veganism for several weeks now. I still believe in animal welfare and not wanting animal stuff in my body, but gosh it is just so hard to do at the moment.

I have recently reached this compromise with myself - I have let go of my veganism a tiny tiny bit. I am not about to go drink a cup of milk (disgusting) or even add it to my tea, but I have decided, just for now, to allow a few minor itty bitty way down the ingredient list things into my diet.

Can anyone support me and my decision, or am I forever banned from being ‘vegan’? I do intend to get ultra-picky again one day.

Eve: There must be some reason why you are ‘allowing yourself’ to eat non-vegan foods, hopefully you’ll get over whatever it is.

Harpy: Please don’t throw in the towel, Vegan In Trouble.

foxytina_69: do u think watching a peta video would help? when i first went vegan, and i had hard times and wanted to eat something non-vegan, i’d watch a peta video.
